Q: What is the recovery time?
All patients must return to the clinic the day after their procedure to be placed into a surgical sports bra. The sutures will start to come out in one week. No heavy lifting for four weeks and no heavy aerobic activity for six weeks. It is common to take a two week vacation from work depending on the circumstances.
Q: Will my insurance cover this procedure?
There is a possibility that insurance may cover this procedure. When you come in for a consultation, the doctor will let you know if you meet the guidelines set by your insurance company. Call the office before your appointment to verify that we are in network with your insurance company.
